• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event itself is cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on youwin bet. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

If suspicious activity is detected, youwin bet may suspend an account for investigation without prior notice. If the investigation confirms a violation, all associated transactions will be voided.

Youwin bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Immediate closure for violation of terms and conditions.
• Temporary suspension for failure to complete KYC verification.
• Preventive suspension upon detection of a security threat.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months) will be marked as dormant.

To close your account, email support@youwinbet.net. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure. If a balance remains after the account is closed, it must be claimed within 30 days.
